Five facts about how a bottle travels from the Ja-Ela studio to your door. Short, because there isn't much to it: shipping is free, island-wide.

    Island-wide, on us

    Shipping is free on every order, anywhere in Sri Lanka. No thresholds, no codes — the price on the page is the price you pay.

  2. 02Clause

    Dispatch

    Every order is hand-packed at the studio in Ja-Ela and dispatched within 5 days of being placed. Each bottle has already finished its weeks of maceration and a final nose-check before it’s eligible to ship — nothing leaves early.

  3. 03Clause

    Tracking

    Once your order is dispatched, the courier details and tracking reference follow to the email address on the order.

  4. 04Clause

    Damaged in transit

    If the package arrives damaged, photograph it before unpacking and write to us within 48 hours. The refund policy sets out how damage claims are handled.

  5. 05Clause

    International

    International shipping is on the roadmap but not yet open. If you need a bottle somewhere specific, write to us — we’ll tell you honestly whether we can get it there.
